THE DANCE CONNECTION - TUITION GUIDELINES

Monthly payments are due no later than the 5th of each month or will incur a $15.00 late fee. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.

There are a total of 10 monthly payments (September - June) in the 2011-2012 dance year. Tuition is the same set price each month regardless of the number of weeks in any given month. No pro-rating will be done for missed classes or for students who start mid-month. We will not pro-rate or deduct single class fees for studio closings of any kind, including snow/ice. Snow closings are for the safety of our families and faculty.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no such thing as taking a month off, and there will be no deductions or refunds for lessons missed, regardless of the reason. Your position in class is reserved for you whether you attend or not, therefore consistent and equal payments must be made each month/semester regardless of your attendance or absenteeism. TUITION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Should it become necessary to discontinue classes for any reason, you must notify TDC in person or by phone. You are financially responsible for tuition payments through the end of the month that such a call or visit is made.

POSITIVELY NO DEDUCTIONS, REFUNDS, OR TRANSFER OF TUITION will be made for any reason.
Should legal action be required to obtain payment, the client will be responsible for all fees incurred by The Dance Connection.
